In a few words
Meditation is a practice in which we use a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation is practiced in all religious traditions.
What to expect from your meditation course?
The meditation classes are taught 1:1 or in small groups. We will adapt to your current practice and understanding of meditation and presence. You will learn and practice different meditation techniques and become empowered to deal with your everyday situations from a deeper place than the conditioned mind. We will help you implement a daily meditation routine and help you stick to it.
Through meditation practice you will become able to identify stagmant energies in your personal energy field and work to harmonize them through your meditation practice.
