Returns & Refunds
We are committed to your satisfaction. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. We may ask for clear photos to assess the item.
Change of Mind
As our products are handcrafted in small batches or made-to-order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or not as agreed.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund for a damaged/faulty item, please:
Contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if required). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases (if return is accepted), shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
