1. Overview

These Terms govern the use of our services and products, including:

• Holistic treatments (e.g. Reiki, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy)

• Handcrafted wellness and spiritual items

• Workshops, courses, and trainings (online or in-person)

All services and sales are provided by Life Light NZ, based in New Zealand.

2. Holistic Healing Disclaimer

Our treatments are complementary and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Take responsibility for your own health and well-being.

• Inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications.

• Seek medical advice where appropriate.

If in doubt, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before booking.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed by email or message.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or forfeit of deposit.

• Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.

For workshops, courses, or trainings, additional notice periods may apply and will be stated at the time of booking.

4. Refunds & Returns

Handcrafted Products

• All sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged, in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.

Courses & Trainings

• Fees are non-refundable once access or attendance begins.

• If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options (such as transferring to another date, where available).

5. Payment Terms

• Prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

• For payment plans (if offered), all instalments must be paid on time or access to services, products, or course materials may be paused.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, texts, meditations, recordings, images, and product designs are the intellectual property of Life Light NZ and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

You may use our content for your own personal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Health & Safety

For in-person sessions, workshops, or events:

• Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities (e.g. to essential oils, smoke, or sound), or health conditions that you are aware of.

• You agree to follow any health and safety instructions given during your visit or event.

• If you feel unwell before your appointment or event, please contact us to discuss rescheduling.

8. Changes to These Terms

Life Light NZ may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Your continued use of our website, services, or products after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
