Begin your conscious Reiki journey with Reiki Level 1 training at Life Light NZ. This transformative workshop is for anyone who feels called to connect with Reiki energy and its loving presence everywhere inside us and all around us. No prior experience is required—just an open heart and willingness to learn.

Your Digital Reiki Manual
Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive your comprehensive Reiki manual in digital format. I invite you to settle in with a cup of tea and read through it before our training day.
Please know that there is no need to memorize anything or learn the material by heart. Simply reading it once helps your mind become familiar with the foundational concepts. This gentle introduction allows us to spend our precious in-person time focusing on the beautiful practical and hands-on aspects of your Reiki training, ensuring you leave feeling confident and connected to the energy.
Preparing for Your Reiki Day
To build your readiness for this sacred day, I suggest focusing on good nutrition and deep rest in the days leading up to our session. Ideally, please ensure you have a good night's sleep and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before your training begins.
I suggest wearing comfortable clothes on the training day to allow the energy to flow freely around your physical body, and where applicable, light makeup or none is preferred.
Our sessions are entirely confidential—a safe, non-judgmental space for you to release energy that no longer serves you and make room for the new.
As you travel here, there is about 10 minutes of gravel road; please take it slowly and maybe appreciate the beauty of the landscape around you. Your healing experience has already begun!
Parking is easy—feel free to park at the gate or drive down towards the carport.

Reiki, Kundalini & Safe Awakening
In traditional methods, Kundalini is often awakened before the sushumna is fully open, so the energy has nowhere to flow and can create pressure and problems. In Reiki attunement, your sushumna is opened thoroughly during the first level attunement as preparation for Kundalini awakening. The second level attunement opens it even wider, so the energy has a clear passage.
