Preparation for In-Person Healing session Please come with an open heart, happy to let go and receive. Feel free to have your water, smoothie, or snacks handy to help you ground after your session. Wear comfortable clothes for your own comfort and to allow the energy to flow freely. Wear light make-up or none where applicable. Our sessions are all confidential—a safe, non-judgmental place to let go of old energy. Note: There is about 10 min of gravel road on your way here; take it slowly and enjoy the landscape. Parking space is available directly at the gate or in the driveway towards the carport. With much Love, Diana
