RETURN TO LOVE is a unique immersive meditation experience developed by 369Experience, based on the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono and created to take you beyond an ordinary guided meditation into a deeply personal journey of forgiveness, release and inner freedom.
Lying comfortably on your mat with individual wireless headphones, you’ll be surrounded by a guiding voice, immersive spatial sound, Alpha binaural tones, breath, visualisation and layered frequencies — all carefully woven together to help quiet the thinking mind and draw your awareness inward.
As the journey deepens, you’ll be gently guided to create the space for your heart to do the processes that it is ready for...

THE EXPERIENCE
