Reiki training can bring a deeper awareness and intention to that connection — clearing and empowering your conscious spiritual journey and strengthening the trust in yourself and your intuition.
My approach to Reiki is heart-led, intuitive and practical. I honour the Usui Reiki tradition while encouraging you to develop your own relationship with Reiki — to experience the energy, practise, explore and trust what you feel.
