The Symbolism of 3 • 6 • 9

I'd like to invite you to explore the numbers 3, 6 and 9 not as mathematics, but as a simple map for inner awareness.

For our practice, we will use them to represent the three dimensions of our experience:

  • 3 – The Physical Body
Our body is our foundation. It is where we feel, breathe and experience life. By bringing our awareness into the body, we become present.

  • 6 – The Mind
Six represents our inner world—our thoughts, emotions, memories, beliefs and imagination. When we observe the mind without becoming lost in it, clarity begins to emerge.

  • 9 – The Spiritual Self
Nine symbolizes our deepest essence: awareness, consciousness, the part of us that simply witnesses. It is the place of intuition, connection and presence beyond thought.

The importance of aligning 3-6-9 the Body-Mind-Spirit

In our view, the reason these numbers are so important—especially when it comes to manifesting our dreams into the physical world—is that true manifestation requires these three aspects of our being to be in harmony.

If even one of these aspects is out of alignment, the manifestation will be incomplete or limited in one way or another. That is why it is so important to consciously nurture and care for all three.

The first is the physical or material aspect—our body and the way we ground our intentions through action and presence in the physical world.

The second is the mental and emotional aspect—our mind, which includes both our thoughts and emotions. This is where we set our intentions, visualize our desired reality, and first create it within our inner world before it begins to unfold in our outer experience.

The third is the spiritual aspect, which aligns us with a higher vibrational state of consciousness. It is here that we access the life force—pranic or spiritual energy—that nourishes and empowers both the mind and the body.

Without this spiritual connection, the other two aspects cannot remain in true harmony, because our overall vibration naturally drops and becomes more susceptible to lower emotional states, such as fear, doubt, and separation.

When the body, mind, and spirit are aligned, we become a coherent field of energy, allowing our intentions to be expressed with greater clarity, balance, and purpose.

Many people associate these numbers with the brilliant inventor Nikola Tesla. A famous quote often attributed to him says:

"If you knew the magnificence of 3, 6 and 9, you would have the key to the universe."

369 Connected Breath

Instructions

This is a 369 Connected Breath practice.

Throughout the practice, breathe gently through your nose if comfortable. The breath is continuous, with no pause between the inhale and the exhale, and no pause before the next inhale. Imagine your breath flowing in one smooth, circular rhythm.

We will complete one round in three stages:

  • Breath of 3: Inhale for a count of three and exhale for a count of three, while bringing your awareness to your physical body.

  • Breath of 6: Without pausing, inhale for a count of six and exhale for a count of six, while bringing your awareness to your mind—your thoughts and emotions, allowing them to settle naturally.

  • Breath of 9: Again without pausing, inhale for a count of nine and exhale for a count of nine, while expanding your awareness to your spirit, your deeper self, and your connection with the greater field of life.

There is nothing to force. Breathe only as deeply as feels comfortable. If at any point the count feels too long, simply shorten it while maintaining the same gentle rhythm.

3 6 9 Breathing Technique - Guided Practice

Let's begin… Take a slow, comfortable breath in... and gently breathe out.

Now begin the Breath of Three.

Inhale... two... three...

Exhale... two... three…  Continue in this rhythm.

As you breathe, bring your awareness into your physical body. Feel your feet, your legs, your spine, your shoulders, your face. Notice the contact between your body and the chair or the floor. Simply arrive in your body.

Now, without pausing, we move into the Breath of Six.

Inhale... two... three... four... five... six...

Exhale... two... three... four... five... six…  Continue breathing.

Now bring your awareness to your mind—your thoughts and your emotions. Observe them with kindness, without trying to change anything. Simply notice... and allow the breath to create more space, clarity, and peace.

Now, gently transition into the Breath of Nine.

Inhale... two... three... four... five... six... seven... eight... nine...

Exhale... two... three... four... five... six... seven... eight... nine… Continue breathing.

Expand your awareness beyond the body and beyond the thinking mind. Connect with your deeper self—with your heart, your intuition, your spirit. Feel yourself becoming more spacious, more present, more connected.

This completes one round of the 369 Connected Breath.

Take one final deep breath in... and slowly breathe out.

Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm, while carrying this sense of alignment between body, mind, and spirit into your next activity.

Namaste,

The 369 Manifestation Practice

The 369 manifestation practice is a simple daily ritual that combines clear intention, focused attention, repetition, and consistency. Many people use it as a way of strengthening their commitment to the life they wish to create.

Step 1 – Set Your Intention

Choose one clear intention that truly resonates with your heart. Write it in the present tense, as if it is already unfolding.

For example:

  • I am healthy, vibrant, and full of energy.

  • I am attracting fulfilling opportunities into my life.

  • I live each day with peace, joy, and purpose.

Step 2 – Write It Daily

Using the same wording each day:

  • Morning: Write your intention 3 times. As you write, be fully present and feel the emotion of already living this reality.

  • Afternoon (around 3:00 pm): Write the same intention 6 times. Take a few conscious breaths before you begin and reconnect with the feeling behind your words.

  • Evening (around 6:00 pm): Write the same intention 9 times. Finish by sitting quietly for a few moments, visualising your intention as already fulfilled and expressing gratitude.

Step 3 – Continue for at Least 36 Days

Repeat this practice every day for a minimum of 36 consecutive days. Avoid skipping days, as consistency is an important part of the practice. Allow each repetition to strengthen your focus, deepen your intention, and reinforce the direction you are consciously choosing for your life.

The Most Important Part

The true value of this practice is not simply in writing the words repeatedly. As you write, bring your full attention, emotion, belief, and gratitude into every sentence. Imagine yourself already experiencing what you are affirming, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to align with that reality.

Approach the practice with patience, openness, and trust, giving yourself the opportunity to cultivate clarity, consistency, and inspired action in the direction of your intention.

Sacred Geometry Shape - Triangle

One of the simplest yet most profound geometric shapes is the triangle. It has three sides, three corners, and three angles, making it a beautiful symbol of balance, harmony, and stability.

In nature and engineering, the triangle is recognised as one of the strongest and most stable structures. Unlike a square or a rectangle, which can change shape while keeping the same side lengths, a triangle naturally keeps its shape because its three sides lock one another into place.. This is why triangles are used in bridges, roofs, towers, and many other structures where strength and stability are essential.

From a symbolic perspective, the triangle also represents the idea that three points create a stable foundation. When three elements come into harmony, they support one another and create a balanced whole.

Many spiritual traditions, including hermetism which I've explored closer, have used the triangle to represent different forms of trinity: body, mind, and spirit; birth, life, and transformation; or the divine expressed in three complementary aspects (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit).

In the context of our 369 practice, we see the triangle as a beautiful reminder that manifestation becomes more coherent when the body, the mind, and the spirit are aligned.

The body grounds our intention into action.

The mind creates the inner vision and emotional resonance.

The spirit connects us to a higher source of life force and inspiration.

Just as a triangle stands firmly on its three points, we too become more stable, centred, and aligned when these three aspects of our being work together in harmony.

In this way, the triangle becomes not only a geometric figure but also a symbol of wholeness, balance, and conscious creation.
