Reiki Training Description
Welcome to the beginning of your conscious Reiki journey.
The only requirement for attending this Reiki training is your desire to connect with the Reiki energy and its loving presence. If that is you, “you have been called and you have come!”
In the USUI REIKI Level 1 Workshop One-Day Intensive, you will receive the attunement for Reiki Level 1 and the Practitioner Certificate.
You will learn:
*What Reiki energy is and how it works;
*An overview of the history and origins of Usui Reiki system;
*The 5 Reiki Precepts and practical guidelines for applying these principles in your daily life;
*The standard hands-on healing positions, plus over 50 hands positions for specific ailments;
*How to perform ‘self Reiki healing’ and ‘healing others’
*The Reiki symbols and how to work with them;
*Healing animals and plants.
You will give and receive a 60 min Reiki session as part of the Reiki Level 1 Certification.
You will receive an 85 pages PDF manual with all the theoretical and practical matters discussed in this workshop.
It is advisable you read the whole manual soon after the training.
The attunement ceremony and the first practice of Reiki healing are the most touching parts of the training, as you will experience healing energy, not only mentally or emotionally, but experiential – for real.
Through Reiki attunement and practice of the hands-on healing you will become able to activate the innate healing power of the human body, at physical, mental (thoughts & emotions) and spiritual level.
Usui Reiki training represents a “quantum leap”/a major change in many people’s lives. You will feel more connected to yourself and to Spirit.
With practice and dedication, you will start noticing synchronicities happening and guiding your life, and magic unfolding daily.
The ultimate goal of the Usui Reiki teachings and my goal for this training is for our students to discover the divine presence in themselves and become empowered to live a joyful life.
Additional training is available, Reiki Level 2 – Healing at Distance and Level 3 – Reiki Master, for those who wish to extend their healing capacity and go deeper into the Usui Reiki System teachings.

“Remember, the difficulty with Kundalini awakening is that in traditional methods, the Kundalini is awakened while the sushumna has not yet opened. So, there is no passage for the energy to flow through. An awakened Kundalini has a strong energy that creates pressure if it is blocked and has nowhere to go. That is when the Kundalini energy pushes against different parts of the body and creates problems. "From the moment I stepped Diana’s home, there was a magnificent energy, which was present throughout the two day course.
As I introduced myself to Diana and each of the other participants, I got the sense that I had met them all before, though I had not.
Each participant had a different experience of the attunement – before Diana got to me, I could feel swirling energy (in spirals) around the room as she attuned the other participants.
My attunement was beautiful and not what I expected, there was such a softness to it, with light pastel colours and a glowing pillar of white light throughout the centre of my body. I saw a human eye, that after a few seconds turned into an eye that was not human, and I felt a pulling up sensation on the top half of my head, along with a cloud of soft rose quartz colour in this region.
On the way home I yawned a few times and had a cracking sensation in the left side of my skull – like when you release tension.
The next morning we did a meditation to start off the day. I had many visions and sensations. One was, the bottom half of my body felt like it was being pulled down and there was a tugging sensation at my root chakra – along with some vivid visualizations of the earth covering the bottom half of me. I sensed that this experience was to ground me, before I performed reiki.
I got to practice reiki for the first time on a beautiful young lady named Eden, and enjoyed the energy flow throughout the session.
Then she performed a beautiful Reiki session on me. More visualizations came up (which is normal for me), then I feel into a dream like state. It was so relaxing.
Overall, I loved the two days and in time, I will attend level two for sure!"

“My Reiki Attunement Experience!”

I was one of three students attending this course & during our Reiki Attunement Ceremony, we were seated in a circle, relaxed & eyes closed. The following experiences occurred for me.
1.
First, my wife’s great great Grandmother, Te Wharetoroa appeared. She is also my family & one of my key healing guides. She was accompanied by a tall, slender elderly man. He is also of Maori descent, dressed in a long sleeve white shirt, suit trousers & waist coat. This being the typical dress code of the 1950 – 60’s era. His name & other particulars are unknown to me at this stage.
2.
A. Next, Dr Usui appeared adorned in white.
– A short, flat, well trodden, stone laden mountain path then became visible.
A large bright white light stood majestically at the end of this pathway.
Dr Usui then stated to me … “ The path is now open for you”
B. This vision then suddenly changed … I looked around, I was inside a temple or a large room in a monastery. l was sitting cross legged on a stone floor, as part of a group circle with Dr Usui & other monks. In the centre of our circle stood an incredibly large, imposing white flame / light stretching upwards, reaching far above & beyond us.

The next sequence of events occurred during my actual one on one, Reiki attunement, with my tutor, Ms Dianna Maties.
A. First, I was intuitively made aware of Diana’s presence & close proximity as I felt her aura cross into mine. I also saw her “light”move into my space.
B. The Attunement of my Crown Chakra & Third Eye:
– During this process, the Purple Light, the Violet Flame was observed quite prominently at all times. Within the violet flame, I could also see the distinct outline of the face of a woman.
C. The Attunement of my Hands:
– During this part of the attunement process, I could clearly see myself standing above or over another person who was lying down.
I was conducting Reiki Healing, facilitating “hands on healing” to this other person. White light surrounding both the channel & patient was quite prominent at this time.
In conclusion, my first experience with Reiki has been absolute, perfect & sincerely humbling. A phenomenal introduction to Reiki, Master USUI & his auspicious teachings. Words cannot simply explain the tangible benefits of these insights & perceptions. The ascension process felt & experienced via my Reiki attunement has been absolutely incredible, a positive acknowledgement & milestone to commence my Reiki journey into the New Year, 2020 & beyond. "
