Preparation for your Energy Healing Session

Suggestions which, I hope, will build your readiness and excitement for your healing session. 

Good nutrition and a good night's sleep before the session would help, as always.  

Feel free to have your water, smoothie or snacks handy to help you ground after your healing session.  

Wear comfortable clothes for your own comfort and to allow the energy to flow freely around your physical body.  


(Where applicable) I suggest you wear light make-up or none. 

Our sessions are all confidential, a safe, non-judgmental place for you to let go of energy that doesn't serve you anymore and make space for the new.  This is your very own personal experience, and no third person is supposed to stay in the room with you during the session.

FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS ONLY: 

There is about 10 min of gravel road on your way here. Take it slowly and maybe appreciate the beauty of the landscape around you. Your healing experience has already begun! 


Parking space is not an issue here, feel free to park anywhere at the gate or come down onto the driveway towards the carport.  

FOR DISTANT SESSIONS ONLY: 

Please find a comfortable and quite space where you won't be disturbed during your session and you can lay down.

Depending on circumstances we may stay connected online or not during the session and we may chat at the end of the session or not.  However, all energy reading and guidance will be shared by voice message, email or txt.
